Naast de Competence Meetings heeft Steltix Nederland 1x per jaar een informele bijeenkomst (lees: feestje) en 1x per jaar komen alle medewerkers mét hun partner naar een locatie in Europa om het nieuwe jaar in te luiden met een diner en groot feest (en overnachting).

The function

A consultant at Steltix works as a team on various projects at various clients (usually 2 clients next to each other). This offers you a wide variety of activities and work environments. So you are often on the road and at the customer locations. If you are not expected on location at the customer, we would like to see you at the office in Utrecht where there are always a number of fellow consultants working. The office also has Managed Services, CNC, Engineering and back office, so there are always enough people to have lunch with!

You map the current processes and analyze the needs of the customer (from must to nice to have) for the implementation of the ERP package JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, from Oracle. Together with the client and your colleagues in the team you come to process-oriented solutions and advice, you set up the system and you supervise the testing and anchoring of the new processes in the client organization. To transfer the customer to Managed Services after a successful implementation of the package. This is how we add value to the customer.

What are we looking for:

For this position we would like to get in touch with candidates who have knowledge in one or more of the different functional focus areas; financial management, production, distribution, CRM or HR. Even if you have experience as an ERP consultant with a different package, or if you want to enter as a junior (trainee), we are happy to see what the options are.

Job requirements:

HBO Work and thinking level, preferably in combination with a completed education in a technical or business administration direction;

Experience with JD Edwards is an advantage;

Advisory skills, innate or acquired, does not matter;

  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe problemen;
  • Naast het oplossen van incidenten zijn we ook verantwoordelijk voor de beheer taken binnen de systemen.
  • Het zoeken van de samenwerking met onze specialisten van CNC en Engineering.
  • Vastleggen van alle communicatie van en naar klanten in TOPdesk. Dit gaat samen met het nemen van de verantwoordelijkheid om problemen bij te houden totdat deze zijn opgelost en proactief de klant op de hoogte te houden.
  • In sommige gevallen biedt je on-site ondersteuning, zo werk je samen met de klant aan het realiseren van oplossingen en vinden van de juiste toepassingen.

Steltix South Africa are looking for an experienced Application Software Developer to join their Nextworld Development Team, based in Hermanus, South Africa. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and to build software for a rapidly expanding cloud based ERP system, using a next generation no-code development platform.

If successful, you will be joining a young, knowledgeable and dynamic team of 10 developers, all based in Hermanus. The role is office based, however working from home, or a hybrid working model, can be considered once you are familiar with the system, the team and their processes and procedures.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will be someone who has experience in the development of database applications; has a strong grasp of database terminology; knowledge of how to query and work with databases; understanding the design and set up of database tables and how these relate to queries. In addition, the candidate will also need to be able to build logic and modular code.

The role

Being a recruiter at Steltix means you are working in an international organization with a core business in delivering services around ERP Implementation projects. Our consultants conduct a wide variety of activities within diverse work environments.

You will recruit new colleagues in all areas of expertise: project consultants and project managers, functional-, technical- and engineering(support) consultants and, from time to time, back-office colleagues as well. We are looking to expand our pool of contractors and be ready for future growth by applying strategic personnel planning. You will work closely with the HR Manager and with international HR colleagues to also recruit with/for them. You will strengthen our international recruitment partners by giving support and assisting in growing their pool of resources.

In addition, you will be working together with our marketing team to improving our employer branding.

The role of recruiter is a new role, we used to work with external recruitment agents that helped us grow. Since the ambition is to grow more, we decided to expand our back office team and get recruiting inhouse. Since this is a new role, there is plenty of opportunity to make it your own and shape it with your talents. Taking up projects or making HR admin tasks part of the role would be an option for instance.

You will be part of the back-office, located in our Utrecht office. The Backoffice team in Utrecht consists of office management, finance & HR, a total of 6 people.
